EHCP draft review

I can help you review your EHCP draft by collating all the necessary LA reports. Please note that there is a fee of £35 for any additional reports, but I cannot guarantee that the LA will accept them.
As part of my service, we can schedule two 30-minute video or phone calls to discuss the review together. Let me know if this works for you!
Mediation support

This will include a comprehensive written report of all evidence, including any additional evidence you provide. The report will clearly explain why the child/young person meets the criteria for a needs assessment and challenge the reasoning of the LA.

Drafting your Refusal to Assess / Refusal to Issue Grounds of Appeal

If your request for an EHCP assessment is denied or you’re faced with a Refusal to Issue, I'm here to help you with filing an appeal. I'll go through all the evidence submitted for the assessment and create a strong appeal on your behalf. You can share any additional information that you think can support your case.

Drafting your Grounds of Appeal (Contents)

This includes the Drafting your Grounds of Appeal (Contents) service and unlimited working document amendments.
Working Documents (WD)

I can help you with your Working Document for section appeals. I'll create a proposed amended document using the ‘Tribunal Key’ and make one more round of changes if needed.
I also offer two 30-minute video or phone calls to assist you further. Should the LA propose further amendments after this, we can discuss rates.
Ongoing support with tribunal
£65 p/h
I can assist you with continued advice, drafting emails and documents, and attendance at meetings (virtual) to support negotiations between yourself and the LA aiming to reach an agreement prior to the Tribunal.
*Please note that I do not have the capacity to case manage or represent.

We will arrange for Teams meetings to thoroughly review and address any challenges that your child may be experiencing. We will then compile a comprehensive report documenting all of their difficulties for each question, as well as collating all relevant diagnoses or supporting documents that you will submit as evidence within the questions. This appendix will form part of the application form which will fill together.
Mandatory Reconsideration application
