Ongoing Tribunal Support

I can assist you with continued advice, drafting emails and documents, and attendance at meetings (virtual) to support negotiations between yourself and the LA, aiming to reach an agreement prior to the Tribunal.

EHCP draft review

I can support you in reviewing your EHCP draft by collating all relevant local authority (LA) reports. Please note that there is a fee of £35 for any additional reports you’d like me to include. While I will ensure everything is clearly presented and within the legal framework, I cannot guarantee that the LA will accept all submitted reports.
As part of this service, we can arrange two 30-minute video or phone calls to talk through the draft together and address any questions or concerns you may have.

Mediation support

This will include a comprehensive written report of all evidence, including any additional evidence you provide. The report will clearly explain why the child/young person meets the criteria for a needs assessment and challenge the reasoning of the LA.

Drafting your Refusal to Assess / Refusal to Issue Grounds of Appeal

If your request for an EHCP assessment is denied or you’re faced with a Refusal to Issue, I'm here to help you with filing an appeal.
